These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our therapy services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services and Scope: Cedarwell OT offers occupational therapy services for individuals in Ontario, Canada. Our services include assessment, treatment, consultation, and education in accordance with the standards set by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).

2. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their medical history, condition, and any relevant details.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards as required by law. Personal information and session content will be kept confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or consent is obtained from the client.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payments: Payments for services are due at the time of the appointment. We accept various forms of payment as outlined in our billing policy.

6. Insurance and Coverage: Clients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage and understanding the terms of their insurance plan. Cedarwell OT does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.

7. Results and Outcomes: Therapeutic outcomes may vary for each individual. While we strive to provide effective treatment, we cannot guarantee specific results.

8. Termination of Services: Cedarwell OT reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

9. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during therapy sessions, including assessments, treatment plans, and resources, are the intellectual property of Cedarwell OT and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Amendments: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
